Fantastic! Selma is extremely responsive (like...within minutes, always! so helpful) and will go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need for your trip. We went to the Maldives in the middle of Covid for our honeymoon and she was essential to not only planning all parts of the trip (we went through numerous versions/options for this trip given the pandemic) but in choosing the best options for us once we arrived. She was able to get us an upgrade, negotiate included meals for us (saved us SO much money), and even got us some extra honeymoon perks (massages, champagne, activities) we definitely would not have gotten if we booked alone. As mentioned, we went through numerous versions of this trip in terms of plans and resorts within the Maldives - she was so flexible through it all and provided great insight.
